Book a meeting room

  1. Once logged in, tap on the “plus” icon at the bottom right of the screen
  2. Choose “new booking”.
  3. Enter the booking information
  4. Tap on “Check Availability”
  5. Choose a room for your meeting
  6. Review and confirm your meeting details

Done! Your booking is confirmed.

Check your meeting room bookings

Upcoming meeting are shown at the top of the home screen of the application To see all of the meeting room booking for your account, follow the instructions below:

  1. Tap on the “plus” icon at the bottom right of the screen
  2. Choose “My Booking”.
  3. By default, the current month is displayed with all bookings made within that month
  4. Select any months desired using the drop-down menu at the top of the screen

Modify a booking

  1. Tap on a booking entry on the home screen or in the “My Booking” section of the application
  2. Tap on the “edit” button under the booking details
  3. Modify the meeting details as desired
  4. Tap on “Check Availability”
  5. Select a meeting room
  6. Confirm the change
The booking is now modified.

Cancel a booking

  1. Tap on a booking entry on the home screen or in the “My Booking” section of the application
  2. Tap on the “edit” button under the booking details
  3. Tap on “Cancel Booking”
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Note: only bookings that have not started or are in the future can be modified or canceled.
